1985-1990
明辉化工开创于这一阶段是得益于中国政府 20 世纪八十年代在经济上采取改革开放的政策，有幸江苏省作为全国乡镇企业的发源地，明辉化工也在其列。当时主要产品是染料中间体，例如： 3- 氨基 -4- 甲氧基乙酰苯胺，及其延伸物。

Benefited from China government’s economic opening policy in the eighties of 20 century, MINGHUI Chemical was founded and started producing intermediates of dyestuffs, e.g. 3-Amino-4-Methoxy Acetateanilide, etc.

1991-1995
由中间体生产向下游产品延伸进行生产，是当时大多数染料中间体工厂发展的选择，所以，之后就有生产分散蓝 79# 滤饼，以及再之后的 220% 成品。当时市场由欧洲推出分散染料新品种拼色黑 EX-SF ，由分散蓝 291 ，分散橙 76 ，分散紫 93混合而成 ，之后又发展为分散篮 291:1 ，分散橙 61 ，分散紫 93 。分散染料生产在中国迅速崛起，明辉也参与在其中。

Just like most dyestuff intermediate factories in this period, MINGHUI produced disperse dyes’ press cake from its own intermediates, i.e. Disperse Blue 79 press cake, and 220% finish products sold in the market. Later dispersed dyes production rapidly developed in China, after the new Black EX-SF was created in Europe, and MINGHUI participated in it.

1996-2000
由于，染料生产过程中可能产生的污染问题，无锡政府开始控制染料化工在无锡的发展。明辉化工在这期间进行了产品调整，由生产分散染料转为生产溶剂染料。这是明辉在生产经营战略上的第一次重大调整。

Wuxi government restricted dyestuff industry development, because of the possible pollution problem. MINGHUI Chemical switched dispersed dyes production to solvent dyestuff. It is the first and most important adjustment of MINGHUI’s management strategy.

2001-2005
明辉在以涂料及塑料应用为产品开发的战略思路下，逐步发展成为中国金属络合溶剂染料的主要生产商之一。并成立无锡明辉科技有限公司，为明辉发展成为中国专业的涂料、塑料用着色剂供应商奠定了坚实的发展基础。

According to application development, MINGHUI become one major supplier of metal complex solvent dyes in China. Meantime, MINGHUI Technology’s foundation is the base for developing as a professional colorants supplier for the coating and plastic industry hereafter.

2006-2010
得益于中国市场的快速提升，在这一阶段明辉的产能和销售均取得了长足发展，同时技术和管理也在调整中不断积累与改进。2008年全球金融危机的影响令人记忆深刻，稳健发展作为一项长期经营原则列入明辉总体发展战略。

MINGHUI has acquired a significant increase in its capacity and sales along with the accelerated economic growth in China as well as R&D and management have been continuously improved. The global financial crisis bursted in 2008 impressed very much, and to learn from it that MINGHUI determined steady development as an essential principle indicated in its overall strategy.

2011-2015
淘汰老旧设备，落后工艺成为明辉生产变革的主旋律，应运而生的是压缩工艺，创新生产。由明辉自主研发生产的液态染料、颜料，不仅符合国家节能减排的要求，也以无粉尘污染，无废水，方便使用，成本低等优势，替代部分粉体染料、颜料在涂料生产过程中的直接使用。2015年明辉正式推出系列文具用墨水，这是明辉由原料生产商向行业应用延伸的尝试性拓展，为明辉的进一步发展提供方向。

The main theme of MINGHUI production reform is the elimination of old types of equipments and backward technologies. At the same time, simplified technology and innovative production come into being.

The liquid dyes and pigments independently developed and produced by MINGHUI not only meet the national energy conservation requirements but also have the advantages of no dust pollution, no waste water, ease to use, and low cost. As a consequence, they replaced part of the powder dyes and pigments in the paint production process.

MINGHUI launched a new series of stationery ink in 2015. It is a tentative expansion of MINGHUI from one raw material manufacturer to the end products producer. It also provides direction for the further development of MINGHUI.

2016-2020
为了进一步完善明辉在全球的供应商链体系，增加了对东南亚市场的投入，以及调整了欧洲市场的布局，为应对英国的脱欧，成立了法国分公司。
2016年4月成立越南分公司：MING HUI VINA CO., LTD
2018年10月成立法国分公司：SPECTRA COLOURS SCS
2018年11月成立印度分公司：MHST INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
2019年年底爆发了新冠疫情，明辉公司实现线上办公。

For improving the supply chain system in the world, MINGHUI has increased its investment in the Southeast Asian market, and established Vietnam and India branches. Meanwhile, to deal with Brexit, the French branch was set up in 2018.

In November 2018, MHST INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED was established
At the end of 2019, the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemics pushed and enabled MINGHUI companies to work online.

2021-至今
在疫情不断延续的情况下，进一步完善全球供应链平台是下面相当长一段时间内的主要任务之一。
2022年10月成立 “斯科特科技(无锡)有限公司”

As the epidemic continues in worldwide, to further improving the global supply chain platform is one of the major tasks for a long time in followed years.
In October 2022, SPECTRA TECHNOLOGY (WUXI) CO., LTD. was established.
